C4: Where Water Meets Sky

Join us today at 7:30pm CST for the live streamed performance of C4: Choral Composer Conductor Collective presents “Where Water Meets Sky.”  As before, we are using a combination of Jamulus and Zoom to bring you the best minimal-lagged ensemble vocal performance we can. It’s amazing how far technology has come, and what we can do with it! You can watch the livestream on youtube in realtime, and chat with performers and attendees during, or watch at your leisure on youtube afterwards.  Check out more info on our website’s concert page and tonight’s program/playbill can be viewed here

UPDATE: The concert recording has been saved and can be viewed on our website’s Remote Concert page, or directly on Youtube here.

Behind the scenes! Here is a view of my desktop during our live concert performance tonight for C4: The Choral Composer/Conductor Collective. Left to right, Zoom channel to follow each other and pin conductors as needed, sheet music, personal headphone mix via Jamulus and Jamulus jitter buffer/lag settings panel. The output of all our mics goes to Brian, running the server and our output mix to Youtube. He did a fabulous write up about Jamulus for choirs here http://www.c4ensemble.org/remote-live.html
