Excited to be singing in my first symphonic concert with Austin’s Panoramic Voices and orchestra this Saturday in A Feather on the Breath. In addition Gabriel Fauré’s timeless “Requiem”, this is also the premiere of our NEW Chamber Ensemble, of which I am part, tackling Arvo Pärt’s enigmatic “Berliner Messe” and world premiere of “Brought into Morning” by Kitty Xiao. Under the trusty baton of Brent Baldwin, our concert benefits Kids In A New Groove, with a portion of the ticket sales going directly to KING’s important work in the Austin community.
