Okay peeps, as you know my marathon of ‘singing in a different opera every month’ starts soon, so the online soapboxing begins now! First up, I’m part of a fabulous ensemble of “church hymners/angry mob folk” in the modern classic “Susannah” with Undercroft Opera August 3-4th and 10-11th. For those normally wary of ‘typical operas’, our opera is in English, under 2 hours long, AND performed in the fabulous, and comfortable, Bellefield Hall.
